Your control and our contact
Wreck Check is the operator of this website. To ask for access to your information, a correction or deletion, email privacy@jonesborogainjurylawyer.com. We may verify that the information relates to you before carrying out a request.
You can withdraw permission for calls and texts by asking the caller, replying STOP to a message or using the same privacy email. The contact consent section describes the permission given through the form.
What enters the request
We collect the four answers: the period since the accident, your view of another driver's contribution, whether you have pain or injury symptoms, and whether you previously signed with a lawyer for the accident. The pain or injury answer is health information. The contact step adds your name and phone number.
A submission also carries an event identifier, its time and the version of the consent wording. Technical data includes your IP address, browser, device, viewed pages and referring page. Campaign identifiers in the arrival link can include UTM tags and gclid.
Where information goes and why
The request is sent to our partner law firm for its assistant to call you and, when appropriate, connect with intake. Our partner and the providers that operate its calls and texts receive the details needed for that contact.
Our hosting provider processes information to deliver and protect the site. An analytics service handles visit information so we can understand traffic. We also use data to keep the site working, prevent spam and address abuse. Disclosure can occur where required by law. Personal information is not sold.
Browser tools and protection
Cookies and comparable technologies can support normal website functions and analytics. They help measure pages visited and arrival sources. Your browser offers controls to remove or block cookies, although restricting them can affect how parts of the site work.
We use reasonable security measures to protect data from loss and unauthorised use. Absolute protection cannot be promised for storage or transmission over the internet.
How long a request remains
A request stays in our records for the period needed to deal with it and retain necessary records. After that need ends, we delete it. Contact the privacy address if you want to ask about a specific request.
Children and later changes
The service is for adults and is not directed at under-18s. A parent or guardian who believes a child supplied data should contact us so that we can address deletion.
We will revise this policy and its effective date when practices change. The current text will remain available here. The home-page Free case review is the route for a new accident inquiry.
